CCP Composites expands low profile additive range

CCP Composites has launched a low profile additive, Norsolook® A70066, for high performance SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) formulations, glass- or carbon-fibre reinforced, for structural and semi-structural parts used in markets such as the automotive industry.

CCP Composites adds that this additive has been specifically designed for combined use with the hybrid single-component vinyl ester EPOVIA^® RF5000. CCP Composites says that together these products offer greater ease of use due to enhanced thickening.

According to the company, this product complements the low profile and Class A NORSOLOOK^® range.

Used with NORSODYNE^® and EPOVIA^® resins for SMC, BMC, RTM and pultrusion, NORSOLOOK^® additives provide optimal mechanical and cosmetic performances, claims CCP Composites.
