For More detail please visit www.rowadplastic.com Positioned as Mentioned Below:- 1) MACHINE OPERATOR (INJECTION MOULDING) - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree. Experience: 3 years in plastic industry preferably injection molding. To operate Injection Molding Machine and to ensure every produced part meets quality requirements. 1. Monitoring quality of the plastic parts. 2. Check output to spot any machine and mold-related mistakes or flaws. 3. Adjusting water temperature to control warpage. 4. Keep record of all defects and good parts produced in his shift. 5. Reporting immediately any abnormalities in the machine. 6. Understanding of production procedures. 7. Taking out plastic part from the die and trimming. 2) ASSISTANT OPERATOR Education: HSC/ITI/Diploma. Experience: 3 yrs in plastic processing industry 2) SHIFT INCHARGE INJECTION Education: Technical diploma/Engineering Experience: 7 yrs exp. Operation and production experience with a strong background on technicality of injection processing. Injection Shit in Charge is responsible on the operation and production of the injection unit during his shift. He takes care of all operation and technical related business for the unit along with managing the personnel in the unit and shift operations. 1. Responsible for keeping machines supplied with raw materials. 2. Performs initial machine start up and make adjustments throughout the production run. 3. Troubleshoots production equipment as needed. 4. Ensures a clean and safe production floor at all times. 5. Manages up to 30 machine operators and 1 material handler. 6. Identifies material needs and communicates with purchaser to make orders. 7. Participates in daily morning meetings and brings up any production concerns. 8. Fills out production batch records when needed. 9. Maintains or improves in house production procedures. 10. Performs other duties as assigned. 11. Develops and implements an organizational system for the production area in order to maximize production efficiency and safety. 12. Minimizes waste and maximizes machine productivity to meet production efficiency goals. 13. Implements machine maintenance schedules and ensures they are being followed. 14. Develops implements and maintains a procedure for a housekeeping routine. 15. Resolves employee’s issues. 4) MAINTENANCE PLANNER Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 year required. 1- Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance work (CM, PM ,PdM )for plastic manufacturing company (Injection, injection blow molding & extrusion.) 2- Have skills and experience to use ERP CMMS. 3- Receive Maintenance orders, identifying scopes and analysis for the required level of planning. 4- Ability to Conduct field walk to identify and document job requirement. 5- Identifying specific safety hazards. 6- Makes safety procedure, including lock out tag out procedures. 7- Estimates required hours on work order tasks and skill required to perform this task. 8- Plans job with appropriate level of required workforce, tools, equipment. 9- QA QC required for maintenance job. 10- Communication with contractor resources. 5) STORE INCHARGE Education: Bachelor Degree Experience: Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in warehouse operation. To be responsible for the administration and supervision of the materials management function including the receipt, handling, processing of goods and equipments, store housekeeping store administrative duties, physical inventory, SAP Transaction, Housekeeping, 5S, Safety, coach and direct his team to follow the standard processing and optimize the current operation to reach the target efficiency in all warehouse activities. 1. Upkeeps the record of the stores in respect of material received / issued and balance lying in the stores. 2. Arranges for unloading and stacking of the raw material, packaging material, lubricants and spare parts. 3. Ensures that all finished goods received are processed in accordance with approved policies and procedures. 4. Ensures good & safe handling of finished goods to prevent damage and all that items are labelled and store in accordance with specific storage conditions in compliance with Company policies. 5. Inspect all material received in the stores and arrange for the preparation of good received notes (GRN) within 24hours of the receipt of the goods. 6. Reviews the stock position of all the off-shelves items on regular basis and prepare purchase requisition (PRs) for items whose stock is at re-order level. 7. Supervises all activities of stores section. 8. Ensures preparation of daily movement report of raw material and packaging material. 9. Ensures preparation of monthly raw material, packaging material and lubricants stocks report for physical checking. 10. Ensures preparation of monthly raw material stocks movement report. 11. Makes sure that the proper documents are made. 12. Ensures the finished goods loaded carefully on the trucks and to prepare relevant documents. 13. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual warehouse performance reports and review with management. 14. Deploy, create, improve the standards processes and make sure they are followed by the team. 6) SHIFT INCHARGE RECYCLING Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and ITI-trained Experience: 7 yrs exp. Sound knowledge of CNC machines, machine components, material measurements, grades and standards; sound knowledge in the operation of workshop machines, and working knowledge of English for reading of manuals and drawings. Controlling machine operators, implement maintenance and operational development plans and supervise technicians in completing the assigned jobs. 1. Assign job orders to operate and monitor completion within schedule. 2. Ensure the availability of all the required resources in coordination with the inventory and Procurement. 3. Take from operators the job completion report and update job history card with the details of work done. 4. Responsible for the custody and maintenance of all instruments and gauge and ensure that all tools and instruments are in good condition. 5. Implement maintenance programs as per for all machines. 6. Responsible for minor maintenance of the machines. 7. Inspect incoming materials.
